The Commission has frequently published in its annual reports personal yarns provided by community members which identify the benefits derived from the work of the Local Commissioners and the opportunities gained from the suite of Cape York Welfare Reform programs. The documents serve as a measure of the Commission’s qualitative success in restoring socially responsible standards of behaviour amongst community members, and a compilation of these stories is provided below.
